  • Job Role: Senior Data Analyst

    Location: London 

    Hours: 35 hours per week- Monday to Friday 

    Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland

    The Role

    We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytical initiatives that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with Directors and the Chief Operating Officer, you will deliver actionable insights, lead analytical projects, and champion best practice in data analysis. The role's initial focus will be on lead generation effectiveness and marketing channel ROI, establishing robust analytical frameworks that optimise investment decisions and improve business outcomes. You will also provide technical mentorship to analysts within the team and help elevate analytical capability across the wider Data & Analytics function.

    Key Accountabilities 

    • Lead analytical projects from problem definition through to delivery, beginning with lead generation effectiveness and marketing ROI initiatives.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to apply structured analytical approaches, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Funnel Analysis, and KPI Framework Design, to solve complex business problems.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical assets using SQL, Power BI and modern analytics platforms.
    • Apply analytical techniques such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modelling, segmentation, and performance measurement to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
    • Provide technical mentorship, peer review, and analytical best practice guidance to analysts within the team.

    Person Specification

    Experience

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
    • Significant experience presenting insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders at Director, COO, or equivalent level.
    • Proven track record leading analytical projects that have delivered measurable commercial or operational outcomes.
    • Demonstrable experience applying analytical frameworks such as Root Cause Analysis, Funnel Analysis, KPI and Metric Framework Design, and Customer Lifetime Value modelling.
    • Experience mentoring analysts and contributing to the development of analytical capability within a team environment.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong Power BI development and data visualisation capabilities.
    • Advanced SQL skills, including writing, optimising, and troubleshooting complex queries.
    • Experience using Python for data preparation, analysis, automation, and statistical modelling.
    • Experience working with modern analytics and data platforms.
    • Working knowledge of R would be advantageous.

    Qualifications

    • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred.
    • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred.
    • Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) preferred.
    • Professional certifications in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines would be beneficial.
    • Evidence of continuous professional development within analytics, data, and emerging technologies.
