  • Job Role: Analytics Manager 

    Location: London 

    Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

    Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland

    The Role

    We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a growing analytics team and drive data-led decision-making across the business. Working in close partnership with Managing Directors, Senior Leadership Team, and departmental leaders, you will ensure analytical insights translate into measurable commercial outcomes. You will balance people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on analytical delivery, helping the business identify opportunities to improve performance, optimise investment decisions, and maximise value creation. Alongside managing and developing a team of analysts, you will champion innovative approaches to solving business challenges and embedding analytics into operational and commercial decision-making.

    Key Accountabilities 

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals, providing performance management, mentoring, and career development support.
    • Partner with the Managing Directors, and departmental leadership teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics that drive measurable commercial impact.
    • Prioritise, oversee, and contribute to the delivery of analytical initiatives across areas including lead generation, marketing effectiveness, customer lifecycle management, and operational performance.
    • Act as the senior analytical authority within the team, ensuring analytical outputs are robust, actionable, and aligned to business objectives while promoting best practice in problem solving, insight generation, and performance measurement.
    • Support the growth of the analytics capability through innovation, continuous improvement, and recruitment activity as the team expands.

    Person Specification

    Experience

    • Significant experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field, including leadership or management responsibility.
    • Proven track record of delivering analytical initiatives that have resulted in measurable commercial outcomes.
    • Experience managing, developing, and performance-managing analysts within a professional analytics environment.
    • Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders, including Directors, Senior Leadership Teams, and operational leaders.
    • Demonstrated experience applying analytical methodologies and frameworks to solve complex business and commercial challenges.

    Technical Skills

    • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to interrogate, transform, and analyse complex datasets.
    • Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard design and data modelling.
    • Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms.
    • Understanding of analytical frameworks including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modelling, and KPI and Metric Framework Design.

    Qualifications

    • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred.
    • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred.
    • Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) preferred.
    • Professional certification in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
    • Evidence of ongoing professional development in analytics, leadership, and emerging data technologies.
