The Role
We are looking for a Test Analyst with experience in Creatio (CRM / low-code platforms) to join our growing technology team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions delivered as part of our Creatio implementation and wider integration landscape.
Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to validate end-to-end processes, integrations, and customer-facing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to business requirements
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across the Creatio platform
- Validate business process workflows, case management journeys, and UI components
- Test integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms (via APIs and middleware)
- Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination with business stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, security roles, and permissions are correctly applied
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics
- Contribute to improving QA standards, processes, and automation opportunities
