The Role
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major business transformation programme within the Campions brand, and one of London’s largest estate agencies.
Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of the transformation, ensuring the programme delivers both the successful implementation of new technology and the operational change required to embed it effectively within the business.
The successful candidate will operate at the centre of the transformation, coordinating technology teams, operational stakeholders and external implementation partners while maintaining strong delivery governance and programme momentum.
This role requires an experienced transformation leader who understands how to deliver complex enterprise system implementations while ensuring the organisation successfully adapts to new ways of working.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the delivery of a major business transformation programme within the Campions organisation.
- Drive the implementation of a new core business platform that will reshape how customer relationships, operational workflows and business data are managed.
- Develop and manage the programme delivery roadmap including milestones, dependencies and implementation phases.
- Establish strong programme governance including steering groups, reporting frameworks and risk management processes.
- Work closely with operational leaders to redesign processes where required to maximise the value of the new platform.
- Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Oversee key implementation phases including system configuration, integrations, testing, data migration and deployment.
- Ensure strong alignment between the technology implementation and operational business processes.
- Drive business readiness and adoption through structured training, communications and change management.
- Identify and manage programme risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide clear reporting on programme progress, delivery performance and risks to the CIO and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure the programme delivers measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience and data capability
Person Specification
Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation initiatives that impact multiple operational functions.
- Strong experience managing external system implementation partners or technology vendors.
- Experience establishing programme governance and structured delivery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise implementation phases including integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across both business and technology environments.
- Experience driving user adoption and organisational change as part of technology transformation programmes.
