You will leverage your deep market knowledge, extensive network of high-net-worth individuals and their advisors, and exceptional negotiation skills to secure outstanding outcomes for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and their representatives.
- Sourcing and securing exclusive super prime property instructions across prime central London and surrounding affluent areas.
- Conducting meticulous property valuations and providing strategic market advice to prospects.
- Qualifying and managing high-net-worth prospects, understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
- Orchestrating and expertly navigating complex negotiations to achieve optimal results for all parties involved.
- Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and administration, to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience.
- Staying abreast of market trends, economic factors, and competitor activity within the super prime sector.
- Representing the company with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
