Digital Marketing Executive – Property Portals

Location: Euston

Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Executive at Campions Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall growth and success of the property portals (including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket). You will be working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and office teams to ensure that marketing products are being fully utilised to drive leads and brand awareness across the group.

You will ensure that all listings are optimised to attract potential buyers and tenants, and analyse performance to identify opportunities. Your role is crucial in maintaining our online presence and supporting our sales and lettings teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the sales and lettings teams to ensure they have the marketing tools required to promote properties and secure new clients.
• Monitor portal performance and optimise listings to improve visibility and engagement.
• Review new properties and provide nominations for marketing campaigns and adverts.
• Generate and analyse reports on listing performance and suggest improvements.
• Brief creative assets to the design team.
• Stay updated on portal trends and best practices to maximize our online presence.
• Run competitor analysis and present findings to the wider team.
• Build relationships with the portal teams, to secure promotional opportunities and ensure that the group’s listings are featured regularly on their social media channels.
• Set up new user accounts and provide support and training.
• Work closely with the web & data team to set up new pages and feeds based on business growth.

Requirements:

• Five years marketing experience
• Experience of working with Rightmove, Zoopla and/or OnTheMarket desirable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Good organisation, attention to detail and planning skills
