SEO Manager
Location: Euston/Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven, ambitious SEO Manager with a strong background in content strategy to lead our organic growth efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute a holistic SEO strategy that drives traffic, increases visibility, and generates qualified leads through high-impact content.
You will work cross-functionally with content creators, developers, and product teams to make data-driven decisions that shape how our brand shows up in search—and ultimately how we grow.
Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a data-driven approach. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our digital content strategy through search engine optimisation efforts, ensuring our digital presence ranks highly and reaches the right audiences in the property sector. In this role, you will help develop and execute SEO strategies, analyse performance metrics, conduct keyword research, and collaborate with content and technical teams to enhance search rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create, publish, edit, and maintain content across company websites, blogs, and digital platforms.
•Lead keyword research and identify opportunities that align with business goals.
•Develop and implement a content-driven SEO roadmap, collaborating closely with writers and editors.
•Conduct content audits and optimize existing content for better rankings and engagement.
•Monitor SEO performance, analyze metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
•Optimise content for search engines and user experience, including metadata, alt text, and keyword placement.
•Regularly assess and improve the structure of the website to ensure its intuitive and user-friendly, with clear pathways for users to convert.
•Assist in implementing CRO best practices across all websites in the group to improve conversion rates to lead.
•Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to support digital campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•3-5 years SEO & digital marketing experience.
•Proven content strategy experience aligning SEO goals with high-quality content creation.
•Understanding of website architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed optimization, mobile optimization, schema markup, and sitemaps.
•Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress.
•Working experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
