Job Role: Company Secretarial Team Leader
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week- Monday to Friday

Position in Organisation
This role reports to the Professional Services Manager within the Innovus Professional Services Department. This role is based in our New Milton Office.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership in person or using technology to motivate, engage and maintain morale within the team including monthly one-to-one meetings, coaching, Performance Development Reviews, and regular team briefings
- Have a clear understanding of, and work towards achieving the Department’s KPIs, leading and inspiring the team to meet them.
- Lead and drive efficient team performance and delivery, effectively delegating and organising workload to enable delivery of divisional KPIs.
- To provide reports to the Professional Services Manager on team and department progress as required.
- To carry out quality assessments of work completed by the team to identify enhanced ways of working to deliver targeted improvements through coaching and training.
- Offer flexibility to work on priority cases to meet the needs and requirements of our internal and external customers, clients, and Leadership Team.
- First point of contact for complaints – Communicating effectively with customers and clients to deliver a timely resolution, building relationships with colleagues across the business to support.
- Supporting the Professional Services Manager with identifying and maximising growth opportunities across Professional Services.
- Managing a Portfolio of c.100 Resident Management Companies, assisting with Statutory Requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Be Customer Centric and passionate about being able to effectively support customers with all types of queries and complaints, independently or as part of a network.
- You may already work within the property sector, such experience and knowledge are desired but not essential.
- Experience of stepping up and the ability to spot an issue that needs to be resolved.
- Multitasking does not phase you and you can adapt your task list each day to match the business’ needs demonstrating organisation.
- Keen to learn new processes and be confident to train others at all levels in the business with previous experience leading or training colleagues.
- Used to working in a highly demanding environment interfacing with several key departments.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and engage your team which you demonstrate through your ability to effectively present meetings and drive your team to deliver results. Your verbal and written skills will be of a high standard.
- You proficiently use Microsoft applications and systems, efficient in maintaining administration and finance records electronically.
