Job role:  Corporate Transactions Manager

Location: Hyrid role, 3 days per week in our London office

Hours:  35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of Campions, FirstPort, Innovus and Knight Square.

As the Corporate Transactions Manager, you will contribute to our vision of being the leader of residential real estate services in the UK by:

  • Managing the corporate treasury billing team.
  •  Managing the corporate accounts payable and procurement function.
 This role reports to the Head of Finance Systems and Transactions and has direct management of four assistant accountants.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure our management fees and income streams are invoiced in time and work with the Estates Finance team to ensure cash is collected in timely fashion.
  • Ensure that the accounts payable function and P2P process is working effectively and payments to suppliers are made in a timely fashion.
  • Manage the corporate onboarding of suppliers on the new Workday P2P system.
  • Update the daily UK group cash forecast and help feed into the forecast.
  • Assist with M&A integration by onboarding acquisitions on the Workday P2P system.
  • Manage and control the contract management module for recurring contracts on Sage Intact.
  • Assist with M&A integration by integrating the acquired entities contracts on Sage Intact.
  • Be a leader to manage and oversee the work, responsibilities and development of 4 colleagues.
Experience
  • Prior experience in a working in an AP / AR environment.
  • Friendly professional manner, comfortable communicating with peers, other departments and external stakeholders.
  • Inquisitive nature, keen problem solver, self-starter and sense of owning workstreams.
  • Proactive and careful approach.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Workday and Sage Intact will be an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills. Clear understanding of and ability to meet deadlines.
