The Role
Emeria UK is appointing an IT M&A Integration Analyst to take responsibility for supporting the IT M&A Programme Manager to migrate the newly acquired acquisitions.
Reporting to the IT M&A Programme Manager, this role plays a critical role in supporting the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into Emeria UK’s acquisition growth. The role is responsible for data discovery, data mapping, migration preparation, and supporting CRM integration activities—primarily into Reapit.
Working closely with the IT M&A Programme Manager, Operations, IT, BAU and external suppliers, the Analyst ensures that data is accurately migrated, validated, tested, and embedded into BAU processes. The role also supports wider integration activities across Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions to ensure a smooth transition post‑acquisition.
Key Accountabilities
1. Data Migration & CRM Integration
- Lead data discovery activities to understand source system structures, data quality, and migration readiness.
- Perform detailed data mapping between source systems and the target CRM (Reapit) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business rules.
- Coordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and pre‑migration housekeeping with business teams.
- Support the execution of data migration cycles, including validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved.
- Provide post‑migration support, including data checks, account set up, user queries and stabilisation activities.
2. Integration Delivery Support
- Contribute where required to the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle from deal completion through transition into BAU.
- Track progress against the integration delivery plan, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support changeover planning, cutover activities, and readiness assessments.
- Act as a coordination point between IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Branch and other functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with acquired business leaders, ensuring expectations, timelines and impacts are understood.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, acquired business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Present data findings, risks and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Support training and onboarding activities related to CRM adoption and new processes.
- Ensure documentation is maintained, including data mapping, test plans and migration logs.
Person Specification
Experience
- Experience in data migration, data analysis, or system integration projects—ideally within M&A or CRM environments
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Reapit experience essential)
- Exposure to cross‑functional projects and working across teams
- Experience in environments undergoing change, transformation, or acquisition integration is desirable.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret datasets and identify data quality issues.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong proficiency in Reapit
- Ability to produce clear data mapping documentation and structured test plans.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical information into business‑friendly language.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationships.
- A structured, methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments typical of M&A activity.
