Reporting to Benefits & Pension Lead

    Location: London (Euston)

Monday to Friday 9-5 (35 hours)

    Who we are

At Emeria UK, we’re on a mission to become the leading residential real estate services provider across the UK & Ireland.

With a strong European backing from the wider Emeria Group, and a portfolio of well-known brands including FirstPort, Campions, Innovus, and Knight Square, we’re growing fast in a highly dynamic and fragmented market.

This is an exciting time to join us—we’re scaling, evolving, and investing in our people and reward offering to support that growth.

    What you’ll be doing

You’ll sit within our Reward team, supporting both the day-to-day delivery and the longer-term evolution of our benefits and pensions offering.

    Reward & Governance

    • Support the development and implementation of our reward strategy
    • Provide insight into pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks
    • Ensure strong governance across benefits and pensions, maintaining compliance
    • Review and enhance benefits to ensure they remain competitive and effective
    • Contribute to recognition and total reward initiatives

    Data, Insights & Reporting

    • Reconcile payroll with benefits and pension schemes on a monthly basis
    • Support forecasting through cost modelling and trend analysis
    • Produce dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders
    • Play a key role in annual reward cycles (salary review, bonus, incentives)
    • Lead on Gender Pay Gap reporting, from data through to narrative
    • Continuously improve data quality, reporting, and reward processes

    What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who can bring both analytical rigour and commercial thinking to the role.

    You’ll likely have:

    • Experience in reward, benefits, or pensions analysis
    • Strong data skills, including cost modelling, trend analysis, and reporting
    • Experience supporting salary reviews, bonus processes, or incentive schemes
    • Knowledge of governance and compliance in benefits and pensions
    • Exposure to payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting (e.g. Gender Pay Gap)

    And you’ll be:

    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
    • Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights
    • A confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders
    • Proactive, curious, and keen to improve processes

    Why join us?

    • Be part of a high-growth, acquisitive organisation, specifically a collaborative, forward-thinking HR team
    • Work in a role with real impact and visibility whilst helping shape the future of reward across multiple brands
    • As well as a competitive salary, we have lots of great benefits such as holiday purchase scheme, discounted gym membership and health cash schemes.
    • We’re an inclusive business focused on growth, supporting our people to develop and build long-term careers with us.
