Job Role: Internal Communications Manager
Location: London
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for ensuring effective communication within the functions of Emeria UK. The role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive, corporate communication plans that informs, engages, and aligns with the company strategy for growth.
The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with senior leaders to create dynamic and creative content across multiple channels that fosters collaboration across functions to drive employee engagement. The role will also own the look, governance and navigation of the group intranet working closely with the operating divisions.
This will be a London based role, with significant office presence required to ensure success.
Key Accountabilities
- Creates and disseminates clear, engaging and informative content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet updates and presentations.
- Collaborates with a range of senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive and consistent communication plans are in place.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of communications initiatives using key metrics and analytics and adjust the plans accordingly.
- Maintain company’s brand standards and continually promote employer brand narrative, voice and tone across all internal communications.
- Act as an internal communications advisor to senior leaders and managers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar, across Emeria UK Group, to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
- Coordinate internal communication for any group news and messaging – ensuring alignment with the operating divisions internal communications counterparts.
- Organise internal events and initiatives that promote a positive company culture, this includes event management of an annual awards event of 200+ people.
- Manage the communications channels and act as point of contact for our channel suppliers.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical proficiency and a collaborative mindset. They should be a dependable team player with a solid work ethic, eager to grow and develop in a dynamic legal landscape; particularly in the evolving area of building safety. Attention to detail and high levels of organisation are essential, along with a genuine interest in the real estate and property management sector. These qualities will support the candidate in navigating complex legal matters and contributing effectively to the wider legal team.
Experience and Skills
You will be an experienced internal communications
manager, preferably within a corporate and complex setting, and confident when working
with senior group executives. You will have substabtial experience of the full MSOffice365 suite including SharePoint and Teams. SharePoint Administrator is highly desireable. You will also be experienced in working with mailing platforms to create content and data analytics, ideally Poppulo. You will also be experienced in creating appealing and engaging visual content software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
You will be a creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative ideas for internal communication campaigns and events. You will have exemplary communication and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit written materials effectively. You will posess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
