Job Role: Property Consultant
Location: New Milton, Hampshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £24,000 per annum plus commission
The Job role
- Engaging with customers and potential customers to clearly explain the Retirement Homesearch estate agency service, facilitating property sale and purchase solutions.
- Taking responsibility for obtaining instructions and sales across a portfolio of retirement developments, you will operate in a fast paced, sales focused office, meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers to promote the Retirement Homesearch estate agency service.
- Accurately value property and negotiate fees and sales at the highest possible figure.
- Prepare property sales literature and ensure all information, both verbal and written, complies with current legislation.
- Maintain all files, records and software systems at optimum efficiency to ensure full compliance with best practice and governing legislation.
- Manage your property stock via regular price, advert and vendor checks and updating to ensure maximum sales levels
- Liaise with and advise Development Managers building strong relationships to ensure Retirement Homesearch is represented on site.

- Sales experience within any industry is advantageous but not essential.
