Tenancy Progression Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working after settling in period)
Location: Tower Bridge

We are looking for an exceptional manager with significant experience of supporting and managing a team. to maintain and improve effective and consistent processes across the Tenancy Progression Department.
The postholder will be responsible for leading a professional team who deliver excellent customer service, and leading industry knowledge, to provide efficient and effective tenancy management services to our customers.
Provide encouragement and support to team members to consistently meet compliance standards and KPI’s, whilst maintaining a high level service to both customers and the business, always considering the companies mission, vision and collective principles.
Main Duties:
- Provide line management, mentorship and support to their Tenancy Progression team

Overseeing the team leaders activity to ensure they are fulfilling their roles to provide adequate supervision of their designated teams

Lead department meetings and ensure that business updates are appropriately cascaded

Strive to improve efficiency and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

Support team with effective complaint handling and minimise escalation

Assist the lettings operations leadership team with project work

Effectively manage the KPI and audit reporting

Identify team training needs and work with Learning & Development team to implement necessary training
- Assist with staff reviews and monitor achievement of SMART objectives for designated team
Attributes:
You will have significant experience in tenancy progression at a manager or senior level and will have gaiined an in-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance standards in the UK property market.
As a exceptional communicator, you will be able to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders - both internal and external. You will have an energetic approach, be open to new ideas, and be able to implement change to achieve business objectives, while maintaining a willingness to be accountable.
You will have excellent time management, and organisational skills, and will understand the value of delegation. You will be a confident and motivational team manager, experienced in leading and developing high performing teams.
A Propertymark level 3 qualification is highly desirable for this position.
