Lettings Negotiator - Senior Negotiator - Associate 

 
Location: Chelsea & South Kensington, London
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am – 4:00pm

Base Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum
Commission: Highly competitive commission structure OTE Year One £50k+ and year Two £60k+ 

Travel Support: £2,500 travel allowance or £5,000 car allowance (role dependent)

About the Role:

Chestertons is seeking a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our high-performing team in Chelsea. The team is split across the Chelsea and South Kensington offices servicing the Chelsea market. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their market knowledge, grow their network, and build a successful career in one of the capital’s most sought-after areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match clients with homes: Register new applicants, conduct viewings, and find the right property fit across both offices
• Deliver top-tier service: Provide a seamless, informed, and personalised experience to both landlords and tenants
• Handle negotiations confidently: Guide offers through to completion with clarity, care, and attention to detail
• Drive performance: Work to exceed personal and office targets with the support of a strong and collaborative team
• Contribute across two offices: Adapt seamlessly between Chelsea and South Kensington branches, bringing energy and positivity
