Lettings Negotiator - Senior Lettings Negotiator - Associate

Location: Hyde Park, London
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am – 4:00pm

Base Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum
Commission: Highly competitive commission structure OTE year one £50k+ and year two £65k+ 

Travel Support: £2,500 travel allowance or £5,000 car allowance (role dependent)

About the Role:

Chestertons is currently seeking an ambitious and service-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our established team based in our Hyde Park office. This branch covers one of the most prestigious and historic areas in London and provides an exciting, fast-paced environment to build a rewarding career in property.

As part of one of the capital’s leading estate agencies, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team, representing premium properties and offering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect clients with homes: Register applicants, arrange viewings, and identify the right property matches
• Deliver outstanding service: Provide a tailored and professional experience to clients at every stage of the lettings process
• Manage negotiations: Oversee the full offer process, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and excellent communication
• Achieve and exceed targets: Work towards individual and office goals in a driven, supportive environment
• Team contribution: Be a positive, energetic presence in the office, supporting your colleagues and celebrating collective success
