Job Role: Property Transfer Manager
Location: Torquay, travel to other offices when required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Main Purpose of Job
To lead and motivate the Property Transfer teams through careful management and team development ensuring the optimum resource levels across the team and maximising operational efficiencies and developing/increasing revenue earning opportunities.
Position in Organisation
This role reports to the Senior Property Transfer Manager within the Innovus Professional Services Department. This role is based in our Torquay Centre of Excellence with some travel to other Centre’s of Excellence required.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Property Transfer teams based in the Torquay Centre of Excellence, including day to day management of Team Leader’s as Direct Reports, based locally within the Torquay office.
- Deliver People Plan for Torquay based teams focussing on engagement, communication, colleague development and recognition, ensuring that the property transfer team feel valued and enjoy the office environment
- Workforce planning to ensure correct level of resource across the team as well as providing career development opportunities to promote retention
- Work collaboratively with other Manager’s within the Property Transfer Leadership team to achieve both revenue and service requirements.
- Provide ongoing leadership, support and engagement as site leader for the teams based in the Torquay office.
- Deliver operational efficiencies and identify and support additional revenue earning opportunities through a continuous improvement philosophy.
- Delivery of service KPI’s and SLA’s as agreed through Business Services leadership with key clients.
- Continued support, adoption and improvements to our Property Transfer CRM system.
- Involvement and support for additional products and services that may be launched within the Professional Services Department including Legal related services.
- Oversight and day to day management of the Torquay office as primary contact for that site, this will include responsibility for the day to day running of the site and liaising with the Innovus facilities teams as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Professional Services Department or Business Services division.
Experience
- Experience of leading teams within the Property Sector preferred
- Prior leadership experience essential to this role
