Job Role: Client Asset Finance Administrator
Location: Worcester
Hours: 35 hours per week- Monday to Friday
Salary: 24,250 per annum plus benefits

This role reports to the Client Asset Team Leader as part of the wider Estates Finance department
Main Responsibilities
- Processing of all required demands to customers
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all material to clients through our print delivery solution
- Reconciling all associated client accounts and posting of receipts to our database
- Assisting with payments to client and customer refunds
- Maintenance of data held for owners, properties, units, and leaseholders
- Timely resolution of queries in accordance with SLA’s
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Client Asset Services function
Skills and Experience
- Strong customer focus

- Numerate
- Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
