Role: Associate Director – Regional Account Management

Location: London, Birmingham, or Luton

Salary: Competitive salary plus car allowance plus benefits 

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role, Your Impact

As the Associate Director – Regional Account Management, you will lead a dynamic portfolio, fostering long-term client relationships and driving growth. You will shape the future of property management, overseeing client accounts and strategically positioning FirstPort as a leader in the industry. Your expertise in business development, client engagement, and strategic leadership will be central to delivering exceptional service and ensuring sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a strategic partner for key regional clients, fostering long-term, value-driven relationships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and growth, staying ahead of client needs and industry trends.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure alignment and unlock new opportunities.

Portfolio Performance Management:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure fast, effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and inspire a regional team to consistently achieve business growth and service excellence.
  • Ensure alignment with national strategies and drive consistent service delivery.
  • Present performance updates at monthly regional board meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • TPI Level 4 qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in client account management or strategic relationship management within property management or development.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a track record of driving growth and operational success.
  • Strong understanding of the residential property management sector and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex challenges.
  • Leadership mindset that motivates teams to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
