Salary: From £28,800 per annum, a car allowance of £4,500 plus benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role, Your Impact
As a Property Manager within our Later Living Division, you’ll take charge of your own diary and become the go-to expert for all day-to-day property management queries. You will be an experienced people manager who is an inspirational leader in leading your team to deliver operational excellence across a number of KPI’s. You’ll play a key role in driving the success of your portfolio, with the full support of dedicated services to help you achieve your goals and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate and develop your team of up to 20 on-site development managers to encourage a high-performance culture.
- Whilst managing a portfolio of properties you will undertake site management visits monthly in line with company guidelines.
- Encourage and support your team coaching and guiding them through change with developmental impact. Actively work with them to enhance the customer experience for residents.
- You will ensure thorough quality control inspections are carried out regarding employee performance, administrative records, development services, communal grounds.
- You will deal with technical issues and liaise with support departments when progressing major building works ensuring remedial actions are moved along in a timely manner and ensuring you mitigate and foresee any risks to service delivery.
- Ensure you keep accurate records, making sure you come prepared to contribute to meetings, 1-1s and complaints with thorough evidence and supporting documentation.
- Boost property finances and strive for healthy accounts by way of continuous review of cost analysis versus budget.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure a fully transparent approach to the property’s financial position, planning for future spending with minimal impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to drive and have your own transport, as the role involves regular travel to sites within your portfolio.
- Experienced People Manager
- Experienced in both block management and housing estates, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to residents.
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships with various customers and clients, and effectively present negotiate and influence complex updates and financial information.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.
- Your verbal and written skills will be of a high standard.
