Your Role, Your Impact
As the Operational Executive Co-ordinator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite property manager by:
- Providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director of Operational Excellence and Customer Operations Director
- This role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings will be a core aspect of this role. You will be responsible for scheduling and prioritising meetings, appointments, and events for the Director of Operational Excellence and Customer Operations Director.
- Ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are efficiently handled is essential.
- Taking minutes during meetings, capturing key discussions, actions, and next steps, while tracking and following up on action points to ensure completion.
- Handling email correspondence, monitoring and managing email communications, drafting responses, and flagging urgent matters.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and key documents as required.
- Arranging and coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics to support the needs of the executives.
- Acting as a key point of contact between the Director of Operational Excellence, Operations Director, and wider teams.
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- You are an experienced customer administrator/ coordinator with exceptional organisation/ project skills. You are a solid 'all-rounder', able to work on your own initiative, and confident when working with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will put customer at the heart of everything you do and strive to high standards of work and outputs. You hold yourself accountable and enjoy problem solving and supporting a team and colleagues.
- You will have good IT skills and be able to use MS Office applications to a high standard. You will have an eye for detail when working with strategic data. You are a natural problem solver, and comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
