Position: Administrator - Learning & Development
Contract: FTC - Mat cover
Hours: Part time 24 hours per week, remote and flexible working
Salary: 24 hours per week salary pro-rata (£17,828)
Responsibilities:
To provide effective, accurate and comprehensive day-to-day administration supporting the delivery L&D activity and key projects across the business.
Ideally you will be currently working in a similar role.
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed effectively and accurately.
- Manage the Induction and Onboarding administration ensuring that all new colleagues are registered and activated on the e-learning platform.
- Ensure that data on the E-learning Platform is up to date, maintained, input, stored and retrieved accurately.
- Accurate maintenance of training records ensuring all relevant data is kept secure in line with our data protection guidelines.
- Monitor and coordinate training, liaising with managers, colleagues and training providers and reporting on completion rates.
- Provide support at meetings, training events and promotional events when required.
- Assist with learning evaluation, monitoring of outcomes and management reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong & effective working relationships with colleagues across the business and external training providers.
- Manage the L&D diary of events, (Outlook Calendar), arrange and book suitable venues for classroom sessions and meetings.
- Maintain and track expense details and send invoices for payment, following up where needed.
- Reconcile monthly credit card invoice and send all details to finance as requested.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Prior administration experience in a HR/L&D environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate level of computer literacy including Word and Excel
