💼 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10 am - 4 pm)
💰 Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE + £5,000 Car Allowance + Enhanced Commission Scheme

If you have at least 3 years of industry experience and a proven track record in securing listings, building strong client relationships, and delivering in a fast-paced market, this is your opportunity to shine.

• Assist the Lettings Manager in driving success within the office
• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations with confidence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Exceed client expectations with exceptional service and market expertise
• Negotiate effectively to secure the best outcomes for all parties
• Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
